Members of the public are welcome to attend any of these meetings as observers apart from the ones designated as 'Not Public Meeting'.
At Board meetings reports of a confidential nature are considered. Members of the press and public will be asked to leave the meeting during the discussion of confidential items. Confidential items would include topics such as contractor’s performance or information about employees.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we may need to change the dates and/or locations of meetings at short notice. We would not wish you to have a wasted journey.
