Equality and Diversity in Employment Policy Statement

Wigan & Leigh Housing is committed to equality of opportunity in employment and aspires to a diverse workforce, which reflects the general population, and has the mix of skills, experience and talent to deliver quality services to our customers.

We recognise this is as a challenge, particularly in regard to attracting more Black and Ethnic Minority employees to join our workforce, however we are committed to meeting this challenge.
