Estate Inspections

Estate Inspections involve tenants and residents joining housing office staff on a quarterly estate walkabout. The inspections are also open to local councillors, colleagues from council departments and other agencies.

It is a golden opportunity to look at a snapshot of the estate and report what it is like. Tenants and residents can check problems are being dealt with and improvements in standards are being achieved.
