There is free help and advice available at the Area Housing Offices and the Property Shops about the Housing Scheme including:

  • Help completing your Housing Application Form 
  • Providing information on how we deal with your application 
  • How to get references 
  • Advising you on how to express an interest in homes 
  • Helping you find a home if you are accepted on the Homefinder
    Scheme 
  • Advising you of availability of properties in the area you want 
  • Advice on how to appeal against certain decisions 
  • Advising you about other options for finding accommodation
