All properties are let through Wigan Council’s Housing Allocation Scheme which is called – “A New Home – The Choice is Yours”.

To apply for accommodation you can get an application form from any Housing Office, Property Shop or from our website. You will need to complete the form and return it to either the Property Shops or any Housing Office. If you need help to fill it in please tell us.

Opening Hours Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) Saturday (10am to 1.30pm and 2pm to 4pm) Sunday (12 to 4pm). The Property Shops will open later at 12.00pm the first Wednesday of each month for staff training purposes.
