“Equality is about creating a fairer society where everybody can participate and we all have an opportunity to fulfil our potential. This valuable exercise shows our commitment to meeting people’s needs and responding to their views.”

• Do you think we understand and meet people’s different needs?
• Do you feel that we offer fair and equal access to all our services? If not, what can we do to make it better?
• What needs to change to make life in the Borough fairer?
