Your Payment Card will show the Rent Payment Reference Number which is the number you should quote when making payments.

Your Rent Payment Reference Number is the nine digit number on your payment card which is situated in the bottom right hand corner.

This number is also printed on any correspondence sent to you regarding your rent account.

Please make sure that you keep all receipts that are issued to you.
