Reporting Repairs

Dedicated staff are ready at Wigan and Leigh Housing's Contact Centre to take your calls on 01942 705040.

You can report your repairs from 8.00am in the morning until 6.00pm in the evening Monday to Friday. You can also report your repairs on a Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.30pm.

If you don't have a telephone you can call into any Area Housing Office in the Wigan and Leigh Housing area and use the freephone in reception. Click on the link below to find out the contact details for our Area Housing Offices:

You can also e-mail your requests to us or use your mobile phone to text your repairs requests to us, using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
