Remember you can still ring the Contact Centre direct to report a repair. If you are reporting by text or email, we will need the address, details of the repair and a daytime telephone number. We will then contact you to arrange a convenient time for the repair to be carried out.

Emergency out of hours repairs should be directed to the same number which is 01942 705040.
