If You Can't Read These Pages Very Well...
You can make the writing bigger by clicking on the text size option on the top right of the page. Click on the letter 'A' to make the text bigger. The bigger the 'A' that you choose, then the bigger the text will go. To get the writing on this web page back to normal then click on the smallest 'A'.
You may also have trouble reading the writing on this page due to the colours used. To get round this problem you can click on the 'High Contract' option at the top of every web page. By clicking on this the pages should become easier for some people to read. To return to the web pages as your first viewed them, click on the 'Normal Contrast' option.
If You Can't Find What You Are Looking For...
You can quickly search all the pages. For example if you were looking for details about Leonard Court Sheltered Housing at Leigh, you just need to type Leonard Court in the Search Box which is situated at the top right of every page. Once you have typed Leonard Court click on the 'Go' box and an instant search of the website will take place. When what you searched for is found, a page will appear showing the results of your search. It will also tell you if nothing can be found.
If You Get Lost Within The Web Pages...
Don't worry you can soon 'find where you are up to' in two main ways. If you're not sure where you are (or how you got there) each page maps out the pages that you viewed to get to where you are. The pages leave a trail which can be seen just under the blue bar near the top of the screen. At the top of this page you will see the words Home > Support. If you want to go back one page click on the word 'Support'. If you want to go back 2 pages, then click on the word 'Home'. If you get really stuck and all else fails just click on the word 'Home' which will be at the top left of every page. This will take you back to the beginning, so you can start all over again.
If You're Not Sure What You're Looking For...
Sometimes what you are looking for is there somewhere but you don't know the 'official' word for it, or maybe you don't know what it will be called on these web pages. A good 'memory jogger' are our A to Z pages. You can get to these pages by clicking on the 'A to Z of Services' option near the top right of every page. Once you are in this page, a good tip is to click on the 'All' option. Once you do you'll see a long list of all the pages and services. When you find the one that you want, just click on it and you will be taken the information of your choice.
