Amending Your Cover

If you wish to amend your existing cover, you will need to fully complete, sign & date an amendment of cover form with your new required cover details.

Making A Claim

You will need to request, fully complete and send a claim form to the loss adjusters at :

Robins Response, Clifton House, Suite 2, 2nd Floor, Bradford Road, Bailiff Bridge, Brighouse, HD6 4JJ

For emergency claims, ring 01942 734061 Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm(except for bank holidays & between Christmas & New Year).  All other times ring the loss adjuster's out of hours service on 0870 606 1234. 

Please note we are unable to issue a claim form under any circumstances if you are in arrears on your rent account.

To query a submitted claim, ring the loss adjusters on 0845 6010338.

Amendment of cover forms can also be downloaded at amendment of cover form(.pdf, 42KB).  Claim forms cannot be downloaded.
