How Do I Report A Repair?

If repairs are required to the block that fall within the Landlord’s responsibility you should report them as soon as possible. In the first instance you should phone or e-mail the Contact Centre.

When you phone or e-mail the Contact Centre let them know that you are a Leaseholder and that you wish to report a repair to the block in which you live. You should also inform the Contact Centre if the repair is required as a result of storm damage or vandalism. In these cases you will not be recharged for the cost of the repair.
