What Services Will The Landlord Provide ?

Under the terms of the lease the Landlord is responsible for providing necessary services to the block. This includes all communal services and amenities to the block in which the flat is situated. The Landlord will keep the internal and external communal areas clean and tidy, decorated and lit.

The types of services that you may be provided with include:-

• concierge system
• caretaking services
• cleaning services
• window cleaning services
• communal lighting
• maintenance of grassed/ landscaped areas
• maintenance of common pathways
