Communal Heating Charges

The charges are split between the residents and a weekly charge is added to each account.

The charges are payable by both tenants and leaseholders and are reviewed each year along with the rent and all other service charges.
As a tenant, you will always be informed of any charges when you sign the tenancy agreement.

You will always receive at least four weeks notice of any increase in these charges.
