What would you do if your personal belongings or furniture got stolen or damaged by things like a fire, flood or act of vandalism? They would need to be replaced or repaired. Changes To How Properties Are Let

The Council has agreed changes to the rules on how properties in the social sector are let. We at Wigan and Leigh Housing, who manage properties on behalf of the Council, are currently in the process of reviewing our systems to take account of the new rules which will be put into place in October 2010.
